Over 1000 types of molds such as auto diagnostic adapter mold, heavy truck diagnostic adapter mold, medical cable mold, and data cable mold are stored here in order. All of them are made from SKD11 steel for high hardness. With a long service life, each mold can be used for over 2 million times.

JSTAR employs this highly-precise computer-controlled device to test the insertion force and the insertion & withdrawal life of cables.

This machine is mainly utilized to check the tensile strength of cables or terminals, preventing the terminals from getting loose.

Metal hardware of the cable products will be given a salt spray test to detect its corrosion resistance performance. For the test, we use 5% NaC1 solution; and PH is controlled within 6.5-7.2; the temperature of the pressure tank is regulated at 47°C±1°C; and 35°C±1°C for the brine tank. After 12 hours’ continuous spraying, those workpieces with severe corrosion will be abandoned. Corrosion resistance treatment and salt spray test can be designed upon clients’ request.

With parameters as the bending angle, the cable strength, the bending times per minute, and the standard of bending times preset, this machine will test the bending times of the cables, through which the bending life of the cables can be determined.
